We often get involved in some really interesting new build developments and most recently, we were the fenestration partner for Berkeley Group at a new site in Reading. The development, Green Park, is by St Edwards which is a joint venture company owned by the Prudential Assurance Company and Berkeley Group.

Green Park Village is located 3 miles from central Reading and offers a stunning collection of New England inspired houses and apartments. Set beside a beautiful lake, this nvibrant new community will offer all of the facilities that a neighbourhood needs including a market square, primary school and a proposed train station. A mix of 3 and 4 bedroom homes and stunning lake view apartments, it’s hard to believe that the development is in Berkshire and not Boston!
