Cheltenham Borough Homes and Nationwide Windows Ltd recognise the benefits of strategic, long term partnerships and fully endorse the business philosophy and solid relationships that this approach engenders.
Two years into a partnership which will see 5,000 Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH – ALMO for Cheltenham Borough Council) managed properties benefit from new windows and doors, the ALMO recently celebrated the 2000th property milestone with a presentation to tenant Cathy Holder. According to Julian Denslow, CBH’s Asset & Investment Manager, the project is proof that a collaborative approach to housing stock improvements pays dividends.
Julian commented: “At the outset when we procured it in-house, CBH had three key objectives for this window and door replacement project: To provide high spec quality products, installed to the highest quality finish, with a partner who shares their vision and values for delivering an excellent service and best value. The Nationwide team delivering on this programme is performing well across all these areas. It’s great to hear how delighted Cathy Holder is with her new windows and I’m sure she will join the other happy CBH tenants and leaseholders who have already benefited from new windows. We are looking forward to the programme continuing into its third year and with furthering our successful partnership.”
