Defibrillator installed at the Nationwide Head Office, on Somers Road in Rugby Nationwide Windows & Doors has also begun to support the OurJay Foundation after hearing about the incredible work that they have been doing. The charity raises funds in an ongoing attempt to install defibrillators across Rugby, Warwickshire and further afield – they installed their 57th accessible defibrillator in June 2023! They also aim to raise awareness on the importance of CPR and accessible public access defibrillators, and provide accessible training in CPR and the use of an AED. Easter Eggs for The Trussell Trust
The Easter Eggs all ready for donation. The Nationwide team helped out The Trussell Trust with the donation of Easter Eggs, in particular, the Rugby and Lutterworth food banks. The Trussell Trust is a well-known UK charity that operates a network of food banks, providing emergency food and support to people in crisis. As Easter approached, a group of compassionate individuals recognized an opportunity to make a difference in their community. Their aim was to collect and distribute Easter eggs to the Rugby and Lutterworth food banks, with the intention of brightening the holiday for those facing challenging circumstances. The Easter egg donation drive was a great success. We delivered a total of 197 Easter eggs to the Rugby and Lutterworth food banks. These eggs would be distributed to families and individuals in need, helping to bring a little joy to their Easter celebrations.
